How to make an appointment
Haight Ashbury Free Clinics – Walden House medical clinics see patients by appointment only. To make an appointment, please call 415-226-1775 or email us and let our Call Center staff know which clinic site best suits your needs (558 Clayton Street in the Haight, or 1735 Mission Street). We request that once established as a patient at a site, you continue your care at that site
Payment Information
Services are provided free to patients whose determined income is below 100% of the federal poverty level. A discount is offered to patients at incomes between 100% and 200% of the federal poverty level, and those above 200% will be charged our usual and customary fee for service. We accept patients covered by Healthy San Francisco, Health Plan of San Francisco Medi-Cal, State Medi-Cal, and Medicare. For all other patients, we accept cash, check or credit card. We will bill insurance companies as a courtesy, but payment is expected at the time of service. Payment plans can be arranged.

In my personal life, I am a loving husband and proud father of twin boys. I am a home owner, volunteer and mentor. Without Walden House, this would not have been possible.
