Few mixed-race marrow donors for boy's transplant

Just a few months ago, 4-year-old Kyle Crawford was a healthy little boy, and if he seemed to bruise pretty easily, his parents weren't worried - he loved to run around at top speed, and sometimes he crashed.

But on a family trip to Disneyland early last month, Kyle woke up several times with blood on his lips. When the family returned home to San Mateo, they took him to his pediatrician, who saw the bruising and bleeding and immediately transferred him to Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.
